Customer satisfaction is our goal at Harrison Howard Equestrian, and we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you change your mind for any reason, we give you 15 days in which you may return your item, starting the day after the goods are delivered.
Please note, however, any items returned to us shall be in the original, saleable condition and not damaged. You may return any item as long as the products are in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent out.
Due to recent changes in our warehouse logistics, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate your return. Once you reach out, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to return your product.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, and we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a trackable service. Please ensure the goods are sufficiently packaged and cannot be damaged during transit to us.
It is important to inform us whether you wish your refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account or whether you would like it to be placed as credit on your Harrison Howard Equestrian customer account. If you would like the refunded money to be transferred directly back to your bank account, please provide us with your international bank account number IBAN and your bank´s SWIFT code.
You should allow 2-3 weeks for Harrison Howard Equestrian to process your return and refund you accordingly.
