4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. ORDERING & CONTRACT

5.1 When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
5.2 A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.
5.3 We may refuse an order if:
The product is out of stock
Payment is not authorized
We suspect fraudulent activity
An error in product information or pricing occurs

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processes, or factors outside our control.
6.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority at Harrison Howard, and we hope you are completely happy with your purchase. However, should you change your mind for any reason, you have 30 days from the day after delivery to return your item for a refund.

7.1 Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Items must be in their original, saleable condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging
All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods
We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

7.2 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
You may use any postal or courier service of your choice; however, we strongly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage.
Please ensure products are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Issued as store credit on your Harrison Howard account

Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to process your return after it has been received by our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and order details.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability in relation to any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
